Processing Time 

Orders require 1-10 business days of processing time to be made and prepared for shipping.

Shipping

Shipping method: We use standard shipping methods. Shipping is usually between 1 (Quebec + Ontario) and 7 (other canadian provinces) days under typical circumstances. 

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Cancellations

Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
