Performing Belt Squats allows you to load up your legs and hips while easing the compression and shear force on your spine by redistributing the load lower down compared to a barbell. The lift becomes technically easier to perform, and any upper-body mobility issues can be worked around. The accessory is fixed with a peg you can screw. Comes with the belt. Can be added to our Power Rack or Squat rack Mural.
