This Rocfit's hipthrust platform will optimize the way you perform not only your hip thrust exercises but many others, as Bulgarian split squat, decline push ups and more. It is the most effective way to increase the strength and size of your glutes.

This Canadian cedar wood made equipment will also allow you to use resistance bands, free weights or a combination of both. Plus, the addition of the grip tape on the platform will keep your form intact, with no possible slips for maximum stability.
